 Teaching Practicum: A chance for developing black belts to step into a teaching role and receive insights from the senior instructors.

Lunch: Lunch is provided at the dojo on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

We are located in the basement of the First Unitarian Church of Los Angeles. Please enter at the side door of the building - not the main door of the church. (Please look for our a-frame sign on the sidewalk.)

Free parking is a half a block away, on the corner of West 8th Street & Westmoreland Avenue.

Accommodation

We recommend the area to the west of the dojo, around Wilshire Ave, between Normandie Ave. and Western Ave. We do not recommend the area east of the dojo.

Lunches

Lunches are included with your seminar registration. We usually have an assortment of wraps, sandwiches, and salads from Trader Joe's.

Friday Dinner

As in past years, Los Angeles dojo members have generously volunteered to organize delivery to the dojo as part of our ongoing dojo fundraising.

During the checkout process, you were prompted to let us know if you'll be joining us and what, if any, dietary preferences you have.

We'll also have alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available from our dojo fridge.

Donations can be made via:

Saturday Dinner: 6:30pm

Of course, if you prefer, feel free to bring your own food and drink. Or for that matter, feel free to venture out on the Los Angeles restaurant scene on your own.
