Our Roll-A-Thon Fundraiser has begun and we need your help to make it a success!
Our 2021 goal is to raise $55,000 as we recover from the COVID lockdown and continue to move closer to our goal of getting our own dedicated training space!
This year, we are excited to announce that the event will be "hybrid"! Kids from all over the world can participate via Zoom and local kids can participate in person if COVID circumstances allow.

Jackson 4 1/2 years old
"My name is Jackson and I'm 4 years old. I like Aikido because I think it is very fun for my body and helps me to believe in myself. I am thankful for Lia Sensei and Nico who are my leadership team. I was new, and I'm a part of the team and I'm testing for my yellow stripe and I want to be like my friends at the dojo when I grow up. Sensei says..."

Zion, 11 years old
"Zion's annual Aikido fundraiser is underway! We're so grateful that she has been able to continue her training throughout these uncertain times. Her dojo is a nonprofit, and can only continue to offer this opportunity to these dedicated children with the support of fundraising. Please consider making a donation if you can. Of course, ANY amount is appreciated so much!"

Support the Community That Supports Me
“For almost 2 years now I've been training with AKI Los Angeles. Since then practicing Aikido has become a powerful centering force in my life and has helped me get through the stress of this pandemic.
So it would mean so much to me if you could donate now to help support the community that has supported me. Any amount is very much appreciated. And I'll be sure to thank you personally when I see you next."

Help Us Keep Our Dojo Alive and Well!
“Hey friends! The past year and a half has been rough, am I right?! Small businesses especially gyms and martial arts studios (like the one I attend) have really taken a hit. That's why I created this fundraiser to keep my Aikido dojo alive and well as we continue on the path to exiting this pandemic.
As a non-profit, our dojo provides scholarships to lower-income students, allowing everyone to learn Aikido's valuable lessons of discipline, self-defense, confidence, and physical fitness- not just a privileged few. This also means that your donation is tax-deductible!
Aikido has changed my life, and the lives of so many others, in ways that are impossible to quantify in dollar signs. Keeping our dojo open and classes continuing at this critical time isn't just important for me, but important for our community as well."
