Fitness
Martial arts is a high-aerobic workout that uses every muscle group in the body. Your teen will be physically challenged in a safe environment giving him or her the exercise they need to continue growing.

Aikido training will teach your teen to make responsible choices and also to be responsible and accountable to others.

With great attendance and attitude, your child could conceivably test up to 3 or 4 times their first year at the dojo. As your child advances, testing frequency will no doubt gradually decrease to match the learning curve.
We do not invite students to test if we feel they haven't earned the rank.
